Over 25 years working across government, education, and commercial portfolios taught me one thing. Critical building information is almost always incomplete, outdated, or missing entirely. And the gaps are bigger than most organisations want to admit.
It's not a people problem. The information simply doesn't exist in any reliable form. Drawings outdated. Changes unrecorded. Knowledge gone when people leave.
Every new project triggers the same cycle β repeat site visits, consultants briefed from assumptions, variations nobody saw coming.
AS BUILT 3D exists because there's a better way. And I built it.

Over 25 years working across complex building portfolios has taught me that the quality of every decision made about a building depends entirely on the accuracy of the information behind it.
My path to architecture wasn't conventional. Before university I served as a paratrooper in the German Army, then trained as a certified joiner. By the time I completed my architectural degree at the renowned Bauhaus University in Weimar, I understood buildings from the inside out β how they're constructed, how they're documented, and where information breaks down.
The Bauhaus philosophy taught me that precision and purpose are inseparable. That everything we create should function as well as it looks. That principle drives every building record we deliver at AS BUILT 3D.
I lead every capture engagement personally. When we record your building, the information we deliver is structured to remain accurate, accessible, and useful, not just for the project that commissioned it, but for every decision that follows.
